Thank you, veterans! We owe a debt of appreciation to the Veterans who serve to make our lives secure and comfortable. We can’t thank you enough for all of the sacrifices you have made on our behalf. You have put your life at risk to keep us safe, the very least we can do is to thank you for your service. Thanking veterans for all they do is a way to express our shared appreciation.
It all started on “Armistice Day” in 1919 as a way to commemorate the end of World War I. In 1928, Congress passed a resolution to make an annual observance. November 11 became the official date for the observance and a National Holiday in 1938. In 1954, the holiday officially became Veteran’s Day to celebrate the service of all veterans living and dead. The sacrifices they make and have made deserve our utmost gratitude. We have a sacred obligation to honor our veterans and their families for their service and commitment to our country.
The Living H20 Spiritual Renewal Center (LWSRC) in St. Augustine, Florida would like to take this time to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the sacrifices you are making and have made.
So, today we honor and salute all American Veterans who have made it possible for us to live in the land of the free because you were Brave. Thank you, from all of us at LWSRC.
